Every candidate completes training at our own facility before deployment, not a generic orientation subcontracted elsewhere. Curriculum is set per category: language basics, workplace conduct, and role-specific skills where applicable.
Certification records are included in the documentation file, so your agency has evidence of training completion for each candidate before they arrive.
