Terms & Conditions

These terms govern the office-to-office relationship between Adey Agency Foreign Employment Agent PLC ("Adey Agency") and partner recruitment agencies or corporate entities submitting demand letters through our contact channels.

Adey Agency operates strictly on an agency-to-agency basis and does not place candidates directly with individual households or end clients. All candidate supply is contingent on a formal demand letter specifying role, quantity, and destination market.

Partner agencies are responsible for ensuring their own compliance with destination-country labour regulations for candidates received. Adey Agency provides documentation — medical clearance, training certification, identity and background verification — to support that compliance, but final regulatory responsibility in the destination market rests with the receiving agency.

Pricing, volume commitments, and replacement terms are governed by the individual partnership agreement executed between Adey Agency and each partner agency, not by these general terms.
