Every candidate in this category already holds a valid Ethiopian driving licence before entering our pool; we do not carry a driver candidate on the promise of obtaining a licence later. Licence authenticity is verified as a standing part of intake, not a one-off check.
Because licence conversion or a local test is required in some GCC states, candidates are flagged internally by what additional steps their licence category would need in your specific jurisdiction, so a proposed shortlist doesn't include someone who can't legally drive there without extra paperwork first.
