Nanny candidates are drawn from a narrower pipeline than our general housekeeping category. Every candidate in this segment has verifiable prior childcare experience, whether from a crèche, a previous family placement, or documented family caregiving, and that experience is checked before the candidate is added to our deployment-ready pool.
Because this role carries more downstream liability for a partner agency than general housekeeping, we hold candidates to a stricter intake bar: any prior childcare-related incident is disclosed during screening, and identity verification is cross-checked rather than accepted at face value.
What to expect from this workforce segment
- Verified prior experience with infants, toddlers, or school-age children, depending on what your demand letter specifies
- Trained in basic child safety practice: choking response, safe sleep positioning, and medication-handling boundaries
- Comfortable communicating routine and incident information to parents, in addition to standard household duties
- A smaller available pool than general housekeeping, which typically means a slightly longer lead time on larger batch requests
