Adey Agency Foreign Employment Agent PLC is a licensed Ethiopian recruitment agency based in Addis Ababa, operating exclusively on an office-to-office (O2O) basis with GCC recruitment agencies and corporate entities. We do not place candidates directly with individual households — every deployment moves through a partner agency's own demand letter.
Founded on the principle that compliance and documentation are the product, not an afterthought, Adey Agency has built a fifteen-year operating history supplying domestic sector manpower — housekeepers, nannies, cooks, elderly caregivers, drivers, and facility cleaning staff — to licensed recruitment agencies across Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Kuwait, Bahrain, and Oman.
How We Operate
Every candidate in our pipeline completes background verification, medical fitness screening, and pre-departure training covering language basics, workplace conduct, and role-specific skills before deployment. Documentation — medical clearance, training certification, identity and background verification — is handed over to the receiving agency as part of every deployment, giving partner agencies a complete compliance file for their own regulatory obligations.
Governance
We operate under Ethiopian government licensing for foreign employment and labour export. No recruitment fees are charged to candidates — sourcing costs are borne entirely within the agency-to-agency partnership agreement. Every partnership includes a defined replacement period and dispute-resolution process, agreed in writing before the first candidate is deployed.
