Adey Agency Foreign Employment Agent PLC ("Adey Agency", "we") collects information submitted by partner agencies and corporate contacts through our contact and partnership request forms, including company name, contact details, and staffing requirements.

This information is used solely to respond to partnership inquiries, process demand letters, and maintain records required for compliance with Ethiopian labour-export regulations. We do not sell or share this information with third parties outside the scope of fulfilling a partnership request.

Candidate personal data collected during the sourcing and deployment process is handled under separate consent obtained directly from each candidate, and is shared with partner agencies strictly as required to complete a deployment.
